I am so excited and honoured to invite you all to take part in my first in a series of women's circles.
This will be a gentle yet powerful gathering of gorgeous like-minded women coming together to share with and support each other. The focus of the evening will be on self care and learning to love oneself.

On the night you can expect:

A guided meditation to help ground and harness in our beautiful female energies.

Intention setting to channel our positive energy into what we want to manifest more of in our lives.

Time to share with each other and listen to each other, on the topic of self love and growth.

Nourishing and warming herbal tonics and elixirs specifically tailored to nourish the female form.

What to bring:

Comfortable and cosy clothes are essential, as is anything else that will make you feel safe and calm. Be it crystals, warm socks, a blanket or a hot water bottle.
Most importantly, bring with you an open heart and some lovely intentions you wish to set for yourself.

I would be honoured to have you all with me as I hold space.

The circle will run for an hour and a half and the cost of the evening is €10.
