Wild Food Workshop
Our Wild Food Workshop will consist of an outdoor walk-and-talk element where we will identify and discuss the plants growing in the surrounding area, and a workshop element in which we will demonstrate and discuss some basic ways to forage, use, process and preserve the plants.

The buzz of January induced motivation is starting to wane and as we ease into a new month it's important that we re-focus ourselves and make sure that we're tuning into what we need and want.

I am happy to refund event tickets up to seven days before an event. This allows me time to re-sell your ticket. If you wish you to cancel with less than seven days notice, I am willing to attempt to re-sell your ticket in time for the event. I am happy to refund you if this is possible. However, as this is not always possible I cannot guarantee a refund less than seven days prior to the event.
