It's time for another gathering of wonderful women. This time around let's focus on settling into the new year. The buzz of January induced motivation is starting to wane and as we ease into a new month it's important that we re-focus ourselves and make sure that we're tuning into what we need and want.

As always we'll have a guided meditation to ground us, some lovely warming teas, some time to journal and a safe space to share. Let's see where the evening takes us.

For those of you who haven't been to Rathmines Collective, it's located opposite the swan centre, above Rathmines dental practice. Buzz the door or call me when you arrive. We'll be in the 'Joy' room.

The circle will run for 2 hours and the cost of the evening is €15
